Plutôt bruiyant, hygiène des sanitaires très moyenne, quelques problèmes concernant le chauffage et l'eau chaude.

une pension située dans l'hyper centre (à 1 min de la rembla niveau boqueria)mais n'attendez aucun luxe. aucune isolation nique phonique, toilettes et douche sur le palier. parfait pour étudiant à petit budget mais à éviter pour ceux qui souhaitent un minimum de confort. personnel très gentil cependant.

température de l'eau limite, quelques degrés suplémentaires auraient été appréciables. De même pour le chauffage pas toujours au rendez vous, mais mis sur demande sans problème.Emplacement idéal si vous ètes à pied et aimez les quartiers animés jusque tard le soir.
