Bien situé dans le centre même du vieux Barcelone, le quartier est certes de niveau très bas, mais l'immeuble est très correct pour les parties communes, et l'appartement, refait avec application, est vraiment très bien au plan équipement et confort. El apartamento es muy amplio, esta a 5 minutos de la rambla por lo tanto bien comunicada con metro y autobuses. Tienes un parking a menos de 30 metros.
