The Canuda Apartments are luminous and welcoming 45m2 studio apartments with airy balcony in possibly the best location in the city, adjacent to Las Ramblas, Rambla de Catalunya and loads of points of interest in this fascinating city of Barcelona. From here, practically any direction you go will lead to some interesting corner of the city. Another direction will bring you to the fascinating Palau de la Musica, a whimsical building, it suffices to say, unlike any other. The opposite direction is full of the hippest nightlife possibilities, with bars such as the quirky Benidorm on Carrer Joaquin Costa and several clubs. Elegant and contemporary, these studio apartments sleep up to 4 people in 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed. There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower, kitchen with all the amenities, and a comfortable living room with TV, DVD and CD player. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, dishware and cutlery are all provided. Located in an 18th century building, they were completely renovated and updated in 2005 with special attention paid to style and quality, but maintaining the charm of the original design such as wooden ceiling beams. The airport train, the underground and the Tourist Bus all have stops in Plaça Catalunya, a 3-minute walk to the apartment.Important: REFUNDABLE 200 euros security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either provide credit card details (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200 euros in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00. Other check in times can be arranged. Check-in after 20:00 is 25€ extra. Vorweg möchte ich angeben, dass wir nicht im gebuchten Apartement untergebracht sondern wurden auf ein anderes Vorort umgebucht.
Die Lage des nun neuen Apartements war sehr zentral im Barri Ghotic Viertel, jedoch sehr ruhig. Das Apartement war auf drei Etagen aufgeteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alle notwendigen Gebrauchsgegenstände waren vorhanden. Das Apartement kann man nur weiterempfehlen. |

Es ist eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, welche mittem im Zenrum liegt. Wirklich ein super Standort, ebenfalls direkt neben der Metro. |

This was a fantastic studio apartment with an unbelievable location just a few steps from La Rambla and the metro.
There were french doors that opened up to the street, so that you could sit in your room people watch if you want. It did get a bit loud in the mornings when all of the businesses started opening, but other than that, it was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! |

This little apartment had everything that we needed. The place was clean, outfitted with a full kitchen, and in a great location. Instead of feeling like tourists, we actually felt like we were living in Barcelona. The building includes a lift so that you don’t have to climb 4 flights of stairs which is very convenient. Also, the apartment came with a hairdryer, ironing board/iron, and a full set of dishes/pots & pans for the kitchen. The only thing it doesn’t have is a washer/dryer but we didn’t need one anyways. It can be a little noisy in the evenings from all the foot traffic on the streets but that’s to be expected since it’s located right off of La Rambla. The location couldn’t be any better since you’re right in the heart of everything with easy access to the metro. Transportation to and from the airport is easy as the airport shuttle (Aerobus) has a stop about 2 blocks from the apartment. |
