Etat de propreté irréprochable. Quartier relativement calme et suffisamment proche du centre ville grâce aux transports en commun à proximité. Parking souterrain à 150 mètres.

Un logement très propre, nettoyé tous les jours. En revanche, peu de lumière mais le rapport qualité/ prix reste très bon toutefois.

Logement sobre mais agréable malgrès le quatrième lit d'appoint dans la cuisine. L'emplacement est idéal a côté du magnifique hôpital San Pau et au début de l'avenue Gaudi très agréable rue piétonne.

personale discreto ma disponibile, posizione dell'appartamento eccellente, bagno piccolino ma pulito e puntualmente rassettato ogni mattina, zona tranquilla e abbastanza silenziosa
