The spacious, sunny 100m2 St Joan Atic private apartment, has an enviable 40m2 terrace perfect for breakfast al fresco, and is located near the Ciutadella Park, Arc de Triomf and Born, the trendiest neighbourhood in Barcelona, Spain. The apartment is near lots of Barcelona's famous sites: Las Ramblas, the Old Port, Barceloneta beach, Picasso Museum, and Plaza Catalunya - all walking distance. The Born area is full of restaurants, bars, nightlife options and uber-cool boutiques. Walking down C/Comerc, restaurant Comerc 24 is possibly the hottest tapas spot in the city (and the priciest), but don’t expect the typical olives, jamón (cured ham) and cheese, this place serves nouveau tapas with flair. The Chocolate Museum is a great place to get your morning coffee and indulge in a chocolate filled butter croissant. The flat sleeps 4 people comfortably - there is 1 large double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. It receives lots of natural light from its massive terrace where you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views of the city while you sip your morning coffee. There is also a complete kitchen with its great exposed brick walls, a fully fitted bathroom and a living room with sofas, dining table and TV. Classically decorated with a wooden parquet floor, it defines Barcelona style. Metro stop "Plaza Tetuan" is nearby which is a very short ride to the historic centre and the Ramblas in 2 stops.
