Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, and the contemporary art museum (MACBA) are just a few steps away, and you're just 10 minutes strolling from the Old Port area, and 15 minutes from the city's beaches. Public transport connections are excellent, with Liceu metro station (line 3) very close plus a wealth of bus routes. The Raval district, on the left side of Las Ramblas, is a bustling, diverse multicultural inner city area packed with bars, restaurants, and food stores offering dishes from all over the world, as well as hip, modern bars and clubs and more traditional Catalan and Spanish stores, bars and eateries, all with a distinctive urban vibe.  < hide more details
