A sunny, cosy, recently renovated apartment of 40 m2 in Barcelona, which can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is located in Balmes Street, between Gran Via de les Corts and Ronda Universitat, in the Eixample district. A few steps away from the most beautiful and elegant streets in Barcelona: Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia; also within walking distance to Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla. ...more details > An area surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafeterias and many shops. The Eixample is the most modernist area of Barcelona and has a unique architectural interest: in this area, you can admire constructions as The Casa Lleó Morera, of Domenèch i Montaner, The Casa Amatller, of Puig i Cadafalch, The Casa Batlló and the Casa Milà (famous under the name of "la Pedrera"), both of them of Gaudí. In the same area, you can also visit the Barcelona University , in front of the Plaça Universitad, or the Tàpies Foundation. Das Appartment liegt sehr gut ca. 2 min vom Placa de Catalunya entfernt, von wo aus man nahezu überall hin eine gute Verbindung hat.
Der Bau ist so wie die meisten Wohnungsgebäude in Barcelona schon etwas älter.
Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, aber eben schon ziemlich alt und vor allem laut. Man hört die ganze Nacht durch jede Tür schlagen und jede Wasserleitung laufen.
Die Räume sind sehr finster, da alle Fenster in den kleinen dunklen Innenhof führen und der besagte Balkon ist auf jedenfall nicht vorhanden. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Kücheneinrichtung, welche so ziemlich alles was man benötigt aufwies, z.B. Brottoaster, Kaffemaschine, Teekocher, Mikrowelle. Ganz toll war auch der Flachbildfernseher, welchem sogar auch ein DVD-Player beigestellt wurde. Das Bad war zwar alt und Plastikduschvorhang versehen, aber sauber und ausreichend.
Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden mit dem Appartment. |

Estuve muy comoda y me parecio muy bueno el servicio que dejaron en el departamento. Volveria a reservar en el mismo lugar. |

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes und sauberes Appartment, leider kaum Tageslicht. Angegebener Balkon und Terrasse nicht vorhanden. Ruhige Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage. |

The accommodation had everything needed as if one was at home. It even had more than was expected which was a great surprise. Everything was prepared and laid out as described on the webpage. |
