Park Güell Rooms are located in a corner of Barcelona that tourists never see, on the one hand a mere 5 minutes away from the emblematic Park Güell designed by Gaudí, it is nonetheless located in a quiet yet popular zone frequented only by the locals. Within this area you'll find the neighbourhood of Vallcarca, right next to the small oasis of a neighbourhood known as Gràcia, a veritable small town within the Catalan capital. The closest metro stops are Vallcarca, only 10 metres away, or Lesseps- both on the Green Line also known as Line 3. Plaça Catalunya is a 10 minute metro ride away. Bus lines 22, 28 and 92 stop in front of the building.

Appartement de 5 chambres séparées, et en commun : 2 douche/WC + 1 kitchenette équipée + 1 séjour. (+) Refait à neuf, très propre, agréable et fonctionnel (+) au calme (+) proche de la ligne 3 du Métro, qui déssert bien tout Barcelone (+) proche du Parc Guëll, à voir et bonne entrée en matière pour visiter Barcelone (+) Bon accueil (-) Seules 2 des 5 chambres ont vue comme sur la photo, les autres ont vue sur cour. Rapport qualité/prix tout à fait correct pour Barcelone

Die Unterkunft ist besonders gut geeignet für individuell reisende Gruppen, da sie mehrere Zimmer mit gemeinsamer Küche und Wohnzimmer hat. In der Nähe gibt es zudem Supermarkt und Bäckereien zur Selbstverpflegung. Die darunterliegende Wohnung wird zur Zeit noch renoviert.
