A cheap, centrally-located hostel between La Rambla and the charming Plaza del Pi, situated in a late 19th-century building that has a façade painted with charming plant motifs and looks great after its restoration. It is a great location, from where you will be able to move easily by foot around the entire historic and culture centre of the city. An area with plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, shops and the best clubs… ... more details > Next to the famous La Boqueria market; a 5 minutes’ walk to the cathedral and the Picasso museum; Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia; very close to the MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona) and the CCCB (Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona), both of which boast amazing architecture; the Port Vell and the Maremagnum maritime area, the beaches of la Barceloneta… Liceu metro station (line 3) is a few metres from the hostel, as well as several bus lines. The rooms are distributed among 3 floors, some overlooking the courtyard, others with a view of the streets of Barcelona--rooms with a view dependent on availability. They are basic, clean and not very noisy; all equipped with AC, heating and a complete private bathroom, and the decoration is very simple, but functional. The reception is on the 1st floor, where there is also a lounge shared by all guests. Great location, a fair price and a view to La Rambla. < hide more details |

The location is perfect, near to everything you need. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. There is, though, a very strong smell of mould in the room. And two clothes hangers in the closet in a room for three persons is not enough - some hooks on the walls would really help. It would have been nice to have a window where you can see the sun - but the advantage of having windows to the dark air shaft is that the room was very silent.
Buona sistemazione, persone amichevoli, bel bagno pulito, televisione, climatizzatore. Unica pecca nella stanza: la finestra dava su una parte interna pò squallida.
alloggio modesto ma piuttosto pulito un po' troppa confusione nei corridoi a tutte le ore posizione ottimale per visitare la città

ottima ubicazione a pochissimi metri dalla rambla e dalla fermata della metro. personale disponibile,pulizia giornaliera della stanza.
