excellente situation pour visiter très bien placé.Par contre manque un micro-ondes en cuisine sinon accueil hyper sympa (prêt d'un parapluie car il pleuvait le 26/12)

Aboslutely perfect for our needs. A short walking distance form most attractions. Facilities for cooking were good and we even had our own balcony with table and charis to eat breakfast in teh sunshine. The owner was very friendly and his dog as cute as described. first night we had a neighbour with a bad cough who snored and the walls weren't very thick but it didn't spoil what was a fantastic break in good accommodation. We would recommend to anyone. Not luxury but for the money, excellent.

Emplacement idéal en centre ville, état du logement impeccable, hôtes sympathiques et discrets, autonomie complète pour accéder à la chambre... une adresse parfaite pour séjourner quelques jours à Barcelone.

I my opinion the rooms were clean and tidy. Mariano - the owner was wery helpful and a kind person. The flat is on the fourth flor so it is not a perfect place for older people. Personally the best thing for me was the location - in central Barcelona so we could visit the city very easly.And althought the house was on the main street the rooms were very quiet.

Logement très très bien situé avec un accueil chaleureux et une personne disponible pour toutes questions. Cuisine et salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle!
