Valencia Rooms are private rooms in a 5 bedroom apartment, situated in Carrer de Valencia. It is centrally-located in the Eixample neighbourhood and close to Passeig de Gràcia, an elegant avenue dotted with top international luxury stores and famous for its Modernist buildings, such as Antonio Gaudí's Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Within just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, you can get to Las Ramblas, the Cathedral and the Barri Gotic area. The metro stations Passeig de Gràcia and Placa Catalunya are also a mere 2-3 minutes away. ...more details > One single room, one double, two twin rooms and one triple (with one single and one double bed) are available. The triple and double rooms have balconies. Spacious and with high ceilings, it is well-decorated with Gustavo's own touch. The bathroom is shared and is equipped with towels and a hair dryer. A refrigerator is available in the entrance hall; but the kitchen and living area are Gustavo's own. The building has a lift and boasts wifi Internet access throughout. Logement bien situé, propre et coquet. Le seul bémol : le bruit fait par d'autres residents du logement lors de retour tardif la nuit! |

The room was not very clean. if you ask for a room "with a view" you have to espect a lot of noise coming from the street. The owner was not very hospitable. |

Good location near shops and La Ramblas area. The building itself is nice, traditional tile floors, high ceilings and nice decor. We had no problems at all staying here, it was just what we needed for a short break and good value for money. |
