H10 Marina Barcelona is a four star hotel located between Citudatella Park and the Port Olimpic, very close to the popular beaches of Bogatell and Nova Icaria, one of the most charming areas in the Catalan capital. The hotel has a total of 238 rooms and is ideally situated, close to places of interest such as the port Puerto Olimpico with all its bars and restaurants just 400 metres away. To visit the rest of the city, guests have a great public transport network at their disposal very near to the hotel. Bogatell metro stop is just a short walk away as are stops for bus numbers 10, 41 and 14. - Puerto Olimpico, recreational area of the city with numerous bars and restaurants, 400 metres from the hotel, 10 minutes on foot. - Port Vell, Aquarium and Maremagnum maritime area of the city, 600 metres from the hotel, 20 minutes on foot. - The CCIB congress centre, 10 minutes from the hotel. - 10 minutes on the bus to La Sagrada Familia. - 10 minutes on the metro to Las Ramblas, situated in the historic centre, where you will find Palau Reial, the Gran Teatro del Liceu, the gothic area, Palau de la Musica, Placa Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia.

The twinroom was very small though they kept it very clean and bathroom was fine. Walls were paper thin however. We could hear everything next door, TV, people using toilet etc. at 1am. When we complained about the noise, they said they were full and couldn't change us though in fairness they suggested we ask the guest ourselves to be quiet. When we said we didn't want to go knocking on his door at that time, they suggested trying again the following morning when people checked out. As we had ear plugs we didn't bother changing for our last night though it was still very noisy. Though breakfast was actually gorgeous (for 17euros), when we went for lunch one day in restaurant at 12.30pm, the manager explained as we weren't part of a group,we would have to wait till one pm or order from bar and he escorted us out in front of everyone! We then ordered simple hamburger and fries from bar for 12 euros, it arrived cold at 1.10pm. I asked for it to be reheated and about 10 mins later it arrived back. Hamburger heated, fries not. We could have gone to restaurant afterall. Gave up and ate the fries as so hungry. Asked for iron to be sent to room. It never arrived however one box of complementary biscuits,one extra large bathrobe and one pair of outsize slippers were delivered for two women which was funny. Internet access was free which was good. Swimming pool surprisingly small and 14 euros to swim so we opted for beach. Wouldn't recommend as a four star hotel. Functional geared to business clients but not for tourists and staff were not too interested. The nearest metro was Bogatell only ten minutes walk but at night as it is in an industrial area is very isolated so we ended up getting taxis from city back to hotel at night as it could be dodgy. Wouldn't stay there again.

dans un hotel 4 etoiles ,c est anormal de payer le parking voiture 20 euros par jour. dans l hotel ou nous etions il est quasiment necessaire de parler en anglais car le francais est une langue inconnue.tous les papiers que nous avons lu sont en espagnol ,catalan,castillon et enfin en anglais.toutes les personnes rencontrees dans les bars restaurants ou a l hotel ne font aucun effort pour parler en francais.
