The accommodations at the “Residencia” come fully equipped with a television, refrigerator, Internet connection and heating. The guests are offered the choice between single rooms with beds measuring 1.35 x 1.90 (metres), double rooms each with a double bed or triple rooms with a single and double bed combination; sheets, towels and blankets are included and bathrooms are shared. One very popular aspect of this establishment is that there is no curfew, which is to say the guests may come and go as they please. This allows for quite an open schedule when visiting the city.
