Nosotros fuimos al hotel y no hablaban español pero para entendernos lo que hacía el señor era traducirlo con internet y enseñarnos la pantalla, es un detallazo.
La limpieza era muy buena, y en cuanto a precio estaba pero que muy bien.

Central position , very good to visit London , good breakfast and staff very friendly . We were 5 (3 kids age between 8 and 13) and the accomodation was little with a more little bathroom .

We were very satisfied of this hotel where we stayed for four nights in a family room (we were five). Although the premises were small and narrow, it was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Moreover the staff were really kind and very helpful. The location also made it very convenient to walk to the main bus stops or underground (ten minutes from Victoria station); even a walk to Parliament Square took less than half an hour.I do recommend this hotel.
