buona dislocazione, stanza piccolina, colazione poco varia, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Nosotros fuimos al hotel y no hablaban español pero para entendernos lo que hacía el señor era traducirlo con internet y enseñarnos la pantalla, es un detallazo. La limpieza era muy buena, y en cuanto a precio estaba pero que muy bien.

Un buon compromesso,centralissimo a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria.Stanza piccolissima ma è una costante dei bed breakfast inglesi....Consigliato per brevi soggiorni

Central position , very good to visit London , good breakfast and staff very friendly . We were 5 (3 kids age between 8 and 13) and the accomodation was little with a more little bathroom . Positive experience

We were very satisfied of this hotel where we stayed for four nights in a family room (we were five). Although the premises were small and narrow, it was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Moreover the staff were really kind and very helpful. The location also made it very convenient to walk to the main bus stops or underground (ten minutes from Victoria station); even a walk to Parliament Square took less than half an hour.I do recommend this hotel.

La family room que nous occupions à 5 et qui était prévue pour 5 personnes nous a semblé réellement trop petite ne laissant que vraiment très peu de place disponible pour circuler et déposer les bagages.

Idéalement placé, accueil trés sympathique, personnel serviable et trés agréable. La chambre pour 5 (family room) était pratique et propre.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber! Das Frühstück ausreichend und die Lage des Hotels war ideal (nähe Victoria station!)Preis-Leistung war gut!!

This B&B is very well located, near to Victoria Station. We were 5 friends in the Family Room n°1 and we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff is nice and the toilets/bathroom (even though narrow) are very clean.

Locali puliti e gestori cortesi. Rispetto al centro è in una posizione molto comoda e ben collegata.

Für diesen Preis war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ich glaube, dass es sehr typisch für London ist. Für einen Kurztrip nach London auf jedne Fall ausreichend.

Das Zimmer im Hotel war klein und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett.

l'ostello era nuovo pulito e ben collegato con victoria station, la colazione era abbondante, lo staff amichevole, e disponibile, le uniche pecche sono il bagno in camera che nonostante fosse nuovo e pulitissimo era troppo piccolo,ai livelli di un bagno da camper,anche la stanza era veramente stretta

Pensione decorosa. Locali puliti. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Colazione buona ed abbondante.

The owners were very accomadating in every way,our stay was at the coldest time of year and in our room we was very cold,the heating needs to be on more.

Es war ein günstiges Hotel, so dass man keinen großen Komfort erwarten konnte, aber es war sehr sauber, alles hat funktoniert und die Betreiber waren sehr nett! Vom Frühstück waren wir sehr positiv überrascht.

Un très bon accueil,une rue typique, un stationnement possible le week-end, attention cependant certaines rues pour accéder à l'hôtel sont en sens unique.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Surtees in London. The accomodation were as expected and the location was perfect, very close to Victoria Station. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in booking side trips, giving us tips about London, etc. Our room was always clean and we enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The bathroom was small but we expected that and it was sufficient for our needs. We would recommend this quaint bed and breakfast to our friends. Thanks for a great stay!

Die Unterkunft war zentral ( Victoria-Station ) kleine Zimmer, jedoch sauber und zweckmäßig. Ideal für Sigtseen-Tripp. Personal war sehr bemüht. Gepäck konnte man auch nach Schlüsselabgabe noch unterstellen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als ausreichend, zu empfehlen.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de Victoria Station est excellent pour les déplacements. Les chambres sont très petites et avec très peu d'espace rangement mais très propres. La pièce petit-déjeuner assez exigüe. Il ne faut pas s'attendre au fameux "English breakfast" loin de là. Le personnel est très sympathique.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The food was reasonable for a B&B. The price was a good value for the accommodations. Very neat and clean. Close to Victoria Station and many other sites. The rooms are small, (expected) but very clean and the showers are just across the hall. Excellent value for the money! Highly recommended.

Nice basic accomodation reasonably priced. Good shower TV and bright clean room. No Tea/Coffee making facilities glasses or soap but otherwise friendly and secure. Good continental breakfast. Recommended
