Es befindet sich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom hübschen „La Mar Bella“ Strand entfernt, und eine Metrofahrt von 10 Minuten trennt es von Barcelonas historischem Zentrum. Das Apartment liegt in der Diagonal Mar Gegend, 10 Minuten vom „La Mar Bella“ Strand entfernt, und es sind nur10 Minuten mit der Metro ins historische Zentrum Barcelonas. Die Metro Station Poble Nou befindet sich zu Fuß 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt. Es hat auch guten Anschluss zu Bussen (Tag und Nacht), Straßenbahnen und Regionalzügen, durch welche man leicht durch die ganze Stadt und zu den Stränden gebracht wird.

Spartan yet good. Sleeps 8 comfortably, but not much space for doing other things (e.g. watch TV, sit around and talk), which was fine by us (as we were out exploring Barcelona most of the time). Seems like a good value, when compared to other choices, especially for a group of 8 (there are not many options). A/C and a pool were appreciated. It's a bit far from the main action but it's close to a metro station, and one can be downtown in 15 minutes. Rambla del Poblenou is a big treed boulevard nearby with many choices for tapas/dinner. Less touristy. Apartment could use a few more furnishings; e.g. cooking utensils, more than 6 sets of dishes/glasses for 8 people. Need instructions for the A/C unit; we never did figure out how to get the apartment to stabilize at a specific temperature. Signs were not very friendly, mostly warnings re what NOT to do and the consequences of ignoring those warnings (i.e. get evicted). I'm sure that these are needed for some groups (i.e. those who come to Barcelona looking for a place to party) but a friendlier welcome would be much more appreciated by others. What would be handy: supply a note with info on local attractions, stores (groceries), restaurants, transportation options (including how to get to/from airport)

Era el mejor sitio del mundo...tanto que ahora sufro depresión postvacacional al haber vuelto a Madrid...cuento los dias que quedan para poder volver a la que considero mi casa en Barcelona, porque me enamoré completamente. Cerca del metro, de centros comerciales, del tranvia, de la vida, de todo. Fue genial. Repetiría y repetiré sin dudarlo.

Sistemazione ottima! Appartamento nuovissimo e mobili nuovissimi. A poca distanza dalla fantastica metro di Barcellona. L'incaricato delle chiavi gentile e disponibile.Se torno a Barcellona, vado lì.

The accomodation was superb. it was exactly the same as the pics on the website. A very modern apartment with excellent security. You have to call the rep when you get off the plane and he spoke good english and was bang on time when meeting at the apartment. He was knowledgeable about the apartment, explained things well and took all the time necessary to help you. the only down side about the apartment was the fact that you had to keep the noise down. It warnes you very clearly not to make noise between 10pm and 10am and it dramatically warns that if the police are called you will be evicted immediately and without compensation. We took this to the extreme and walked about the laminate flooring without shoes etc and gently closed the doors etc. In fairness, i think the neighbours would only complain if there was a party or loud music or shouting etc as we met a few of them in the passing and they were very friendly and polite. I think we over reacted and I think a normal behaviour would be tolerated and acceptable. the location was very good and it was literally 3-4mins to the metro station. There is a market nearby and it is a quiet location. I would recommend it and the more you live in it the more you will appreciate it.

casa nuovissima e pulita.vivibile tranquillamente in 5 persone.siamo stati molto bene.zona tranquilla servita da bus x centro barcellona.10 minuti a piedi sei al mare.tutto ok!
