Mis à part un manque d'isolation phonique ( côté rue ) la chambre et le service étaient parfaits

Das Hotel ist preiswert und liegt sehr zentral. Wir haben in den Einzelzimmer übernachtet. Die sind sehr klein, haben kein Schrank und unsere Fenster gaben den Blick frei auf einen winzigen und dreckigen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind aber sauber und der Service ist korrekt. Leider gibt es kein Frûhstück. Das kann man etwa 15 Minuten entfernt einnehmen (Die Tickets werden im Hotel verkauft). Das lohnt sich aber nicht. Das Frühstück in dem Restaurant ist höchstens mittelklasse, eher drunter... W-Lan ist im ganzen Hotel kostenlos Verfügbar. Ebenso ein freinutzbarer PC. Das Hotelpersonal empfiehlt zum Essen gerne eine Taverne gegenüber. das Essen dort ist aber schrecklich und teilweise ungeniessbar. Um eins zu trinken geht es aber, wenn man Zeit hat. Wirklich klasse ist die super Lage. Metro Station direkt um die Ecke (1 Min.). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Barcelona sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliches (englischsprachiges) Personal. Ich werde dort wieder buchen.

Pulizia e ordine, la camera era piccola per un letto doppio, rimanevano 50 cm per lato ed un metro ai piedi del letto. Water con doccia ma non bidet, lavabo fuori dal bagno nella stanza. Confortevole il letto ed aria condizionata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale disponibile.

Wir waren überrascht was für ein tolles Hotel es gibt für wenig Geld. Wir waren vollends zufrieden und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es gibt halt immer viel Jugendliche welchen Abendruhe ein Fremdwort ist und nachts noch schreien und Türe schletzen. Doch mit Oropax kein Problem und das Hotel hat ja nichts dafür. Das Zimmer war zimlich klein. Doch mit Kleingepäck für wenige Tage somit kein Problem. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir ein grösseres Zimmer schon wünschen, weil ja alles im Weg steht und man keinen Schrank hat. Würde das Practik in Barcelona jederzeit wieder buchen. Lage ideal. Der Herr an der Reception sehr nett und bemüht. Lift und Schliessfächer für Koffer vorhanden. einen Safe im Zimmer gab es nicht.

Quite close to the metro so easy to get around town. Very clean modern room. We had a problem with our air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep in Summer. Reception staff recommended some good places to go out to.

L'hôtel est simple mais très lounge. Le wifi fonctionne bien dans les chambres. La terrasse est très agréable. Les nuits sont calmes en tous cas avec vue sur la cour intérieure. L'emplacement est très pratique car : - La station de métro Girona (L4) est située juste à côté et emmène directement à la mer et au quartier gothique. - Un magasin Desigual se trouve à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique pour les achats de dernière minute :). - Les pharmaciens d'à côté parlent français et sont très sympathiques. - La petite épicerie Spar à 2 pas est super pratique pour le petit déjeuner et l'achat d'eau en grande quantité. Super plan!

Idéalement placé, station de métro Girona à 2 pas, Sagrada familia et placa Catalunya tout proches. Déco sympa, lit king size de 2,10m de large !, personnel agréable et de bon conseil pour les restos. Petit déjeuner pas cher, classique ou à l'espagnole juste en face. On y retournera avec plaisir !

Das Hotel war für ideal, zentrumsnah gelegen und für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. In der Nähe befinden sich etliche Bars, in denen man frühstücken kann.

Meine Tochter und ich bsuchten Barcelona und wollten ein Hotel zum Übernachten. Wir freuten uns über die zentrale doch ruhige Lage. Auch das Fenster in den Innehof war O.k. Dann sollten wir auch noch im letzen Stockwerk wohnen. Wir waren begeistert. Leider gab es ein Appartment im 6. Stock, daß nur über eine Treppe zu ereichen war. Dort wurde dann auch richtig gut gefeiert. Leider war es dann mit dem Schlafen und der Ruhe nix. Schade!

Hôtel très "design" dans un immeuble classique barcelonais. Chambre et SdB impeccable. Terrasse et salon au calme. Très bien placé entre métro "Girona" et "Passeig del Gracia". Nombreux petits parkings sous-terrain à proximité.

El lugar me gustó mucho, sobrepasando las expectativas que tenía. Tengo solo dos cosas para decir:una es que sería bueno que explicaran que la tarjeta no solo sirve para abrir la puerta de la habitación, sino para la del frente y para.......prender la luz!(puede ser obvio,........pero para algunos no, y la última es que no está bien claro cuál es la entrada al hotel, mas bien parece solo un cajero automático, y algunos (...o solo yo)podemos tocar en la puerta de al lado. Igualmente, a mi amiga y a mi nos pareció excelente!

Très bien situé, au centre des principaux pointe d'intêret de la ville A proximité du métro, bus et de l'arret de train en provenanvce de l'aéroport. Calme, moderne, acceuil très convenable.

Ich hatte Pech und sehr laute Zimmernachbarn, die mich wirklich die ganze Nacht wachhielten - Schallisolation zu anderen Zimmern sollte besser sein. Der Boden des Zimmers war auch nicht gut geputzt - sonst - Bett und Handtücher super - auch die kleine Terrasse sehr nett. Nach einem Fön musste ich leider extra fragen und zuerst durfte ich ihn auch nicht über Nacht behalten - habe aber darauf bestanden.

Sicuramente la sistemazione è pulita,la camera confortevole,mi è piaciuto molto il terrazzino con il tavolo e le sedie.L'ostello inoltre è dotato di internet gratis, un codice di accesso per entrare (quindi abbastanza sicuro).In generale il nostro giudizio è decisamente positivo.

Wunderschön und zentral gelegen, man hat super Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, kann aber auch günstig mit dem Taxi sämtliche Plätze erreichen. Gratis Internet in der Lounge ist auch ein Pluspunkt. Warme Getränke erhält man auch am Automaten. Insgesamt absolut positiver Eindruck...

Bett könnte schmaler sein, dafür mehr Platz im Zimmer. Kleiderschrank, ein Stuhl und Haken fehlen. Platz wäre vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Das Haus kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einziger, jedoch kaum erwähnenswerter "Nachteil": im Automaten gab es kein Bier.

Ca. 10 Minuten von der nächsten Metrostation entfernt. Innenstadt ist für Menschen, die normal zu Fuß sind gut erreichbar. Ruhiges Viertel, man kann sorgenlos nachts alleine zum Hotel laufen. Sehr ruhig - man kann gut schlafen. Zimmer sind klein - wer wirklich viel Platz braucht und das Hotel nicht nur zum schlafen und duschen nimmt, sollte auf ein anderes ausweichen.

Es gibt eine Gepäckaufbewahrung im Hotel, sodas man vor Abflug, nach dem Ceck-Out, noch die Stadt besichtigen kann

Hotel nouvellement créé ou restauré, donc chambres propres, douche/WC impeccables. Bien situé dans Barcelone. Silencieux la nuit. Chambres single désagréables par l'absence de lumière naturelle et d'éléments de rangement. OK pour une nuit. Pas plus.

Das Hotel ist ok, Zimmer klein, teilweise sehr laut. Die jungen Leute an der Rezeption sind zwar freundlich, kümmern sich aber kaum um etwas. Was mich gestört hat, war die völlige Inflexibilität, die einmal über Internet getätigte Buchung zu ändern, es war nicht möglich, statt eines Doppel- ein Einzelzimmer zu bekommen. Auch der Wunsch, ein Zimmer nach hinten zu bekommen, wurde zwar positiv entschieden, das Zimmer ging dann aber doch nach vorne, zur Straße und war sehr laut.

The room was a little small but I really appreciated having a double bed even though I was a single booking. The staff were friendly and very helpful - fantastic.

I HAVE ONLY TWO COMPLAINTS FIRST ON THE SHEET THAT I PRINTED FROM YOUR WEB SITE IT STATED THAT THERE WOULD BE COFFEE AND TEA MAKING FACILITIES IN THE ROOM BUT THERE WERE NONE ALSO A TV WITH DVD AND CD UNFORTUNATLEY IT WAS JUST A TV. IF WE HAD KNOWN THIS WE COULD HAV PACKED THE THINGS WE NEEDED.APART FROM THIS THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

Shower door was swollen with water and jammed. Repeated requests went unanswered. Water went everywhere - no shower curtain. Lighting in room was very poor, we couldnt see to even pack by it. Room was very clean, hotel location quiet and well placed for sightseeing. Safe area. Walk to many sights. Early morning wakeup call to catch plane didn't happen, nightwatchman didn't read his instructions (but we still got the plane)

It is at least a 25 minute walk from the real action on the Ramblas, unlike what other travellers advised a five min walk! And please put some lights into your rooms, they are way too dark

Ich war angenehm überrascht über die Unterkunft "The Praktik". Sehr sauber, prima Lage, sehr gute und günstige Frühstücksbar in der Nähe. Völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage Urlaub in Barcelona. Die Unterkunft würde ich sofort wieder wählen. Einziger Nachteil: Der Lärm der Autos ist - wenn das Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegt - zu hören.

Although the room is tiny the bed and bathroom are comfortable. we barely spent any time in our room anyway (why would you?) so the standard, the cleanliness and the facilities were more than adequate. I would suggest asking for extra pillows though. overall, very nice place to stay and less than a 5 minute walk from las ramblas and placa catalunya. only around the corner from a station and some great shopping to be done on the same street! laundromat around the corner too! perfect location!

Modern eingerichtete Unterkunft in guter Lage. Der Lärmpegel ist am Wochenende bei den Zimmern zur Straße ziemlich hoch. Schön ist die Terrasse zum Innenhof.

The Praktik hat uns positiv überrascht. Es hält was es verspricht und bietet sogar noch mehr! Wir würden alle sofort wieder in dieses Hostal gehen und haben es auch schon allen unseren Freunden weiterempfohlen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

The rooms aren't huge. But they are clean and have everything that's necessary. The bed is big and comfortable. The shower is fantastic. The location is within walking distance from Las Ramblas, a near by bus terminal, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel idéalement situé (à 10 mn à pied de la Rambla et à quelque m de la station de métro Girona). Nous avions une chambre donnant sur le patio avec petit balcon donc très calme par rapport aux nuisances de la circulation. En revanche, l'isolation sonore entre les chambres gagnerait à être amélioré bien que si vous vivez au rythme catalan cela n'est finalement pas si dérangeant. Je réserverai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter si je devais retourner à Barcelone.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man geht ca. 5 min zum 'Hauptplatz' der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind gerade groß genug, in sehr gutem Zustand und wenn man bei der Buchung sich ein Zimmer in den Innenhof geben läßt mit einem schönen Balkon und daher auch sehr ruhig. Das Service ist sehr gut, die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Preis - Leistung ist sehr gut.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner à l'hôtel the praktik. Il est à proximité du métro et des points touristiques. L'hôtel est très bien décoré, tout est propre, il y a l'air climatisé, le personnel est vraiment courtois, nous avons accès à Internet, au lounge et à une belle terrasse. De plus, c'est un endroit calme.

Das Hotel "The Praktik" kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist für einen Stadtbesuch optimal. (In der Nacht relativ ruhig) Die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal. Zimmerservice war nicht immer zuverlässig. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber trotzdem modern eingerichtet. Nur für Gäste, welche viel von der Stadt sehen möchten, da die Zimmer nicht sehr gross sind!

The Praktik is a very good an calm situated, quiet clean, hostel/hotel with air condition. In five minutes you can go to La Lambla, the city centre.

The place was lovely and comfortable with a great little balcony to look out on. The centre of Barca was easy to reach from where we were staying. All good shops nearby for food etc

The accommodation at the Pratik was by far the best we stayed at while in Europe. Very easy to get to from the airport, staff were extremely friendly, apartment was homely and comfortable. For the price we thought it was extremely competitive and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved our room with the spacious balcony. It was our retreat from the busy and hot Barcelona streets. Excellent strong shower and large white towels. Free internet access was a bonus.We felt that there was very good security. The large living room and outdoor area was well used by others staying there but our room with the balony provided all the space we needed. We have no criticism. It would have been an extra bonus if there had been a hair dryer to borrow from reception but we did not expect it.

Die moderne Einrichtung entsprach den Erwartungen. Wir rechneten nicht mit einem so dunklen Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster zum dunklen Innenhof, konnten aber nach zwei Tagen ohne Probleme in helleres Zimmer zur Straße hin wechseln. Sehr gute zentrale Lage, konnten alles zu fuß gehen.Gut für junge Leute ohne Anspruch auf Hotelinfrastruktur, nicht zu empfehlen für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Kostenloser Internetzugang.

Tolle Unterkunft, Unkomplizierter Check-In, Zimmer im 4 Stock, Strassenseitig, sehr LAUT!!!, Klima hat funktioniert mussten aber erst !!! aber ohne Fernbedienung, Zimmer klein aber stets sauber gereinigt, nettes hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super!!! Fußläufig ist alles wichtige zu erreichen und der Zustand ist sehr, sehr gut! Waren übermäßig positiv überrascht. Einziges Manko: nicht alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon und Zimmer ohne sind recht klein. Also unbedingt bei der Buchung mit angeben!

Das Hotel Praktik ist sehr gut gelegen, nur etwa 10 Gehminuten von der bekannten Einkaufsmeile Les Ramblas entfernt. Es hat nur 2 Blocks weiter ein Metrostation. Ganz in der Nähe auf dem Weg zu Les Ramblas hat es ein Lebensmittelladen wo man das wichtigste einkaufen kann. Zur Sicherheit des Hotel Praktik da wareb wir sehr zu frieden, es besitzt einen Eintritts- Code ohne diesen oder der Hotelkarte kann man das Hotel nicht betreten. The Praktik ist Ruhig gelegen, etwas ringhörig in den Gängen... Sehr freundliches Personal.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la cour intérieure, sont très silencieuses, mais manquent de lumière et d'aération.

El alojamiento es muy limpio y seguro. La atención es buena y sin ser extraordinario, tiene todas las necesidades normales cubiertas. Creo que es muy buena la ubicación del mismo para recorrer la ciudad.

Kleine,aber feine und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Leider ist die Aussicht in den Innenhof nicht ansprechend. Es ist daher besser, die Vorhänge geschlossen zu halten.

sehr sauber, gute lage, gutes preis-leistungs verhältnis, die zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein.

Seul problème: le surbooking: notre réservation nous avait été confirmée et le jour de l'arrivée h on nous informe à la réception qu'il y a un problème de surbooking et que l'on nous propose un autre hotel du quartier. Toutefois, nous n'avons pas accepté et avons pu prendre possession de notre chambre.

Un vrai enchantement de pouvoir petit déjeuner dans une chambre (401)qui possède un adorable balcon qui donne sur un espace intérieur à condition de penser à amener une petite bouilloire électrique et le nécessaire en bols et cuillères.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, ordentlich,einfach,aber praktisch!Mir hat eine zweite Wolldecke gefehlt,die der Herr an der Rezeption nicht besorgen konnte!

Ich hatte den Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer geäußert. Ich bekam zwar ein ruhiges, aber ein äußerst kleines, Doppelzimmer (viell. ca. 9 qm Schlafraum) mit Blick auf einen schmalen dunklen Schacht. Dadurch wirkte das Zimmer wie ein kleines dunkles Loch. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Aber für z.B. 7 Nächte mit Partner hätte ich darauf bestanden, das Zimmer zu wechseln und hätte für den Preis eine schlechte (1) Beurteilung gegeben.

Accomodation just as described on website. Huge beds in a clean room, ensuite bathrooms. Our friends experienced a little noise when the restaurant across the road closed but they didn't find this too inconvenient (not too late) We were in the back and so no noise but slightly small windows. Excellently placed for getting to all the sights. Easy to get to from the airport. Staff helpful - suggesting restaurants when asked. Easy to find breakfast - lots of cafes close by and a couple of good restaurants. Coffee/tea in room would be nice in the future. Otherwise brilliant! Good value for money.

Das Bad hat etwas modrig gerochen, aber sonst war ich voll und ganz zufrieden. Sehr nettes Personal!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten mit schönem, großen Balkon, dort war es absolut still, auch nachts. Sehr gut sind auch die Betten, super Matrazen, schlafen konnten wir wie ein Stein. Schöne, große Dusche, sehr freundliches Personal Zum frühstücken hatten wir ein kleines, nettes Cafe nur um die Ecke.

Klein aber fein. Tolle Dusche. Beleuchtung am Spiegel könnte besser sein. Wegbeschreibung nur bis Placa Catalunya. Kostenloses Internet.

Leider waren sowohl am Waschbecken als auch in der Dusche und unter dem Bett Haare von den Vorbewohnern. Zimmer war recht neu, aber extrem klein (ohne Schrank, etc.).

Der Hinweis darauf, dass es kein Fön gibt wäre nicht schlecht!

Estupendo emplazamiento, amabilidad del personal y fidelidad en la descripción del hotel: la habitación es pequeña, sí, pero la cama es grande y cómoda, la ducha amplia y con buen funcionamiento...

Es war genauso, wie erwartet. Eine angenehme nicht zu teure Unterkunft direkt in der Stadt und guter Lage zum Ausgehen.

Wie schon die Bewertung 5,0 ausdrückt, entsprach die Unterkunft in allen Punkten meinen Erwartungen. Noch ein besonderes Lob an das Personal: sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend!

The Praktik is a nice and clean basic accomodation on a fantastic spot central to everything Barcelona has to offer. History, attracions,culture, pubs, restaurants, sea and so on. We've had a great time without any complains. We especially can recommend Restaurant Morrisom at the cross Gironna/Sorbello.

The location was great. Very convenient. The room was a bit too small but still comfortable. Its internet room (just 1-2 PCs)was useful.

the photo on the web is the exact reproduction of the room we rent and that was a good surprise. The only surpising and wrong point for french people was "the included breakfast" : in fact you need to understand that you are allow to get a free coffee from an automat and we were expect a room to spend time to spread butter on bread, eat cereals or other things. We also thought there was a kettle in the room, but we never found it. To improve the service, I think it could be could to borrow a hairdryer on the office desk.

Sehr praktisch eingerichtet, wie der Name schon sagt. An der Sauberkeit muss das Hotel noch arbeiten, ansonsten echt top: Bett groß und bequem, Personal sehr freundlich, Lage super-zentral und auch schönes Stadtviertel. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht allzu pingelich ist! :-)

Goede bedden/matrassen en een lekkere douche. Niet zo grote kamer, maar dat wisten we van tevoren en we hadden daar geen problemen mee. Alleen jammer dat we geen schone handdoeken kregen tijdens ons 4-daagse verblijf. Locatie echt perfect.

Das alte Haus ist ganz ansprechend modern renoviert. Leider werden die Zimmer schlecht gepflegt, sodaß insbesondere die Badezimmer schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen. Die Betten waren bequem und groß. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind sehr laut, sodaß man nachts kaum mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Dafür liegt die Unterkunft zentral und man kann fussläufig alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

It was as in the pictures on the website, room was clean the bed was very large compared to other hostels. Overall the room was rather simple, offered all the basic necesities, clean&safe, but most of all, it is located 15 minutes walk from everything, and has a metro connection just around the corner of the hotel which makes travelling around the city very easy. I would recommend it.

Praktik Hotel was a great place in the nice area, within walking distance to Casa Mila, Sagrada Familia, Ramblas etc. and also very close to metro station (if you want to get to Parc Guell). The room was very clean, the bathroom nicely decorated and modern. It is a great option for someone looking for 1 or 2 nights in the centre of the town, looking for a nice and clean room with nothing extra included. The only thing was a very small window with no view outside so the room seemed a little claustrophobic. The good thing was that they have lockers outside the rooms - you may check out and leave there your luggage for later.

Das Hotel entspricht völlig dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Liegt sehr zentral (nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Centrum). Für einen Kurztrip nach Barcelona, genau die richtige Unterkunft (auf Luxus muss man allerdings verzichten, Zimmer sehr klein, dafür ein Riesenbett!!!)

accueuil très sympathique, l'hotel design est très bien situé et pratique. quelques aménagements sont encore en cours (tv, terrasse, lounge) et quelques problemes de finition,chambre sur rue bruyante, malgré le double vitrage.point négatif: pendant un séjour de 6 jours les draps n'ont pas été changés et le nettoyage de la chambre était parfois sommaire (rien d'alarmant toutefois). adresse à recommander pour son rapport qualité/prix.

The acommodations were very clean and comfortable. The personel at the hotel are very polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to important streets like Rambla de Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia.

La stanza era molto confortevole e pulita. Il saldo all'arrivo tramite il codice d'accesso datoci precedentemente é davvero una comodità. La posizione é ottima. L'unica cosa che potrebbe tornare utile sarebbe quella di far fare all'hotel una convenzione con qualche bar che si trova nelle vicinanze per poter fare almeno colazione!

El alojamiento estaba bien aunque faltaban pequeños detalles que se debian a su reciente apertura, que me imagino se subsanarán próximamente. A grandes rasgos el alojamiento cumple con su nombre "Praktik" ya que no falta nada para estar cómodo ni tiene un mueble de más que estorbe. Destacar que si tienes algún problema cuando llamas al hotel o durante la estancia, no siempre hay personal que entienda español, mucho menos catalán, estando en Barcelona. Por lo general, el alojamiento está muy bien.

la camera è molto carina, ma, dando sul cortile interno dell'edificio, sembra di essere chiusi in un cubo senza finestra! la prossima volta gradirei avere una finestra che dia sull'esterno! inoltre le donne delle pulizie entravano in camera anche quando avevo messo il segnale di "do not disturb". e non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, per 10 giorni. a parte questo l'arredamento è carino e funzionale.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Praktik with its modern, minimalist design and friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the comfort of the over-sized beds and appreciated its perfect location for exploring and experiencing Barcelona. For its price, I recommend the Praktik without hesitation.

Hôtel très confortable et agréable. Il n'y a pasde TV mais ce n'était pas très utile dans notre cas puisque nous visitions la ville. Par contre il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner servi dans l'hôtel, il faut donc prévoir soi-même quelque chose.

Credo che la posizione della struttura sia il suo punto di forza. Si trova praticamente in centro (circa 10 min a piedi) ed ha a solo un isolato la metropolitana.

La chambre est assez petite mais très propre et fonctionnelle, malgré un manque de penderie (mais il y a une grande commode). Très bien situé et d'un bon rapport qualité prix.Accueil très sympathique possible en anglais. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würden auch gleich wieder dort buchen. Super Zentrale lage, zentrumsnahe und doch sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Der Ablauf der Dusche hat etwas gerochen. Wir haben 2 Scheckkarte für das Zimmer ausstellen lassen, wobei immer nur 1 Karte funktioniert hat. Leider keine zusätzlichen Leistungen, wie Aufenthaltsplatz im Innenhof, Lobbyraum mit Getränke,... stand zur Verfügung. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cet hôtel a le triple avantage d'être très central géographiquement (métro Girona à 200 m), de bénéficier d'une déco tendance, élégante et épurée et d'avoir un magnifique king-size-bed (excellent pour se reposer des longues marches à la découverte de cette ville fabuleuse). Adresse à diffuser largement !!!

L'hotel vient juste d'ouvrir. Donc neuf, très propre. Chambres avec balcon, très grand lit double. Ils ont installé des casiers pour laisser les bagages. Personnel très sympathique. Assez proche du centre. Vraiment à recommander!!

L'hotel the PraktiK est génial, super design, pas tres grand mais la place y est tres bien organnisé. Le lit King Size est fantastique, tout autant que notre petite terrasse du 5eme etage qui nous a plus que ravi! Les personnes de la reception sont tres serviables et tres gentilles (exp: apres que notre voiture fut enlevé par la fouriere, le receptionniste a pris l'initiative d'appeler la fourriere en espagnol, pour nous eviter de perdre une apres midi) l'emplacement est ideal Fortement conseillé!!

El hostal,era tal como lo describian, es completamente nuevo todo,y estan en obras todavía, por lo que estaba un poco desastrado. El aire acondicionado no nos iba pero nos ofrecieron cambiar de cuarto. El ascensor no iba tampoco. Pero creo que son los tipicos problemas de un hostal nuevo...Lo que si es que creo que nos debian de haber hecho un descuento por lo antes mencionado.

L'hotel est super bien placé, et la chambre correspondait parfaitement au descriptif sur internet en plus la clim était comprise dans le prix ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas à Barcelone. Dommage que l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas (chambre au 5eme étage). IDEM pour les consignes à baggages.

The Praktik is in an excellent location, 3 blocks from Plaza Catalunya. Accomodation is basic, comfy beds,shower and toilet, air conditioning and a balcony. Very clean and when the current renovations are finished, there will be extra facilities such as lounges for tea and coffee making, laundry etc. Staff were very helpful and there was always someone there who spoke reasonable english. There are some inexpensive bars and cafes just across the road as well.

The hotel was exactly as described in other reviews on Barclena.com. The room was small, but very clean and was exaclty waht we needed. It was in a quieter area of Barcelona, but very close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were two things that were a little bit frustrating, but not so much so that we wouldn't stay there again. First, very few of the people working at the hotel spoke English and we don't know much Spanish/Catalan, so that was a little tough when we were trying to figure out how to turn on the lights (which is the second minor frustration). When you enter the room, you need to insert your room key into a small box next to the door so that your lights will come on. It's really a great idea to conserve energy, but difficult to figure out unless someone tells you. Fortunately, we ran into another couple who told us what we needed to do. Otherwise, this was a great hotel. Their check in procedures are easy to follow and very efficient and we would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist für spanische Verhältnisse sehr sauber und für die Innenstadtlage in BCN preiswert.Die jungen Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sollten sich aber noch ein wenig mehr auf Touristen einstellen, manche relativ einfache Frage wie z.B. nach einem Wochenmarkt konnte nicht beantwortet werden. Durch die Innenstadtlage ist es nachts sehr laut, schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich, oder mit Ohrenstöpseln, die wir nächstes Mal mitnehmen werden. Was eindeutig im Zimmer fehlte war eine Ablage am Waschbecken und beispielsweise ein Regalbrett o.ä. Für andere Reisende: Lassen Sie sich am Flughafen nicht erzählen, sie sollten an der Metro "Passeig Gracia" aussteigen, sie rennen mit ihren Koffern mehr als einen Kilometer;-). U-Bahn-Station "Girona" ist gleich um die Ecke des Hotels, keine Minute entfernt. ( Haben wir leider erst nach der Tortur des Laufens herausgefunden ;-))Das Praktik Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert,wenn sie eine preiswerte und saubere Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt suchen, und sie das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und Duschen und zwischenzeitlichem Relaxen vor der nächsten Tour in die atemberaubende Stadt brauchen.

Despite the lift not being operational the first few days of our stay, the hotel, though still in the process of being renovated was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and quite willing to address the problems with the lift. I highly recommend The Praktik to anyone looking for a basic and affordable accommodation in Barcelona.

Excellent value for money, close to the centre and close to Gaudi's famous buildings, numerous restaurants nearby offering good food at very reasonable prices. Would be nice to have a little fridge in the rooms.

Great place in the making, a few finishing touches required like somewhere to put a toilet bag, a few more hooks/hangers. We loved our clean and simple room and especially our balcony which was quiet and somewhere to relax in the last of the day's sun (rm 402). The bathroom stank on day 2 of drains which ws unfortunate but I would use the hotel again as it's central (2mins away from Girona metro) and simple and extremely clean, and we left our bags there til 9pm the day we checked out with no fuss or problem.

Bien situado, todo nuevo, impecable, sistema de check-in/out ideal, una cama maravillosa. El único problema lo tuvimos con el agua caliente el segundo día, aunque es cierto que no dimos parte, no había escobilla para el Wc, y se olvidaron de reponernos el papel higiénico, que no fue suficiente. En cualquier caso, son pequeños detalles que, tendiendo en cuenta lo nuevo del establecimiento, seguro que irán mejorando. Volveremos seguro. Un saludo y gracias por todo.

El hotel estaba en reformas aún así no fueron incomodas para la estanciala habitación esta bien aunque faltaba armario que nos dijeron instalarían en las reformas.Creo es una buena opción para unos días en plan turismo es decir pasar todo el día fuera e ir a dormir.

the hotel was great everything is brand new and my room was immaculately clean and very comfortable ....I had a single room with a private bath which was more than sufficient ...and despite the fab location you could hear a pin drop at night .....its location was fantastic just 5 mins walk from one of the best shopping streets in the city and the metro is just around the corner and brilliant value I bought a ticket for 4 days unlimited travel on the metro and bus etc for 17.50 euro ....the area is safe and very easily accessible which was important for me as I travelled alone ....all in all a very positive experience ....I would definitely stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel ....

Das Hotel wurde noch renoviert. Lediglich unser Zimmer im 5 Stock war fertig. der Aufzug leider erst am letzten Tag im Einsatz so dass wir bis in den 5.Stock durch ein Treppenhaus mit Werkzeug Eimern etc. laufen mußten. Für uns kein Problem jedoch sollte man bei älteren oder gehbehinderten Menschen vorher anfragen ob der Fahrstuhl funktioniert und die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist. Ansonsten ist es ein nettes sauberes Hotel in einer guten Lage. Bis zum Placa Catalunya sind es etwa 11 Gehminuten.

Lhotel était en cours de rénovation. On était déranger le matin à partir de 9h30 par les ouvriers mais aussi non les chambres sont superbe et très agréable. Si vous aimez le style un peu ZEN vous serez ravis de cette etbliseement. Point de vue situation on ne peut a mon avis pas rêver mieu...
