There are a total of four apartments, Picasso 1 (for 7 people), Picasso 2 (for 5 people), Picasso 3 and Picasso 4 (for 6 people).
Picasso 1 is situated on the fourth floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower and hair dryer; the living room receives a lot of natural light and the fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave and the usual utensils (toaster, juicer, etc).
Picasso 2 is also on the fourth floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single, the living room has two single sofa beds; there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Picasso 3 is located on the first floor and has a bedroom with a double bed and another room with bunk beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer.
Lastly, Picasso 4 is on the third floor and has a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds. Another guest can sleep in the living room. There is, of course an equipped kitchen and bathroom here too.
All of the apartments come with towels and sheets, heating, air conditioning and guests have access to the roof terrace - solarium. Guests should note that parties are prohibited in this building and that there is no lift.

The television and air conditioning were not working and the room was a little dark as there was only 2 windows with natural light other than that it was cheap and in a good location. If you are not looking to spend much time in the apartment its good. I would check what is provided and ensure all aspects of the flat are in working order. Overall good value for money

Nous logions au Picasso 2. Avantages : En plein coeur du centre historique, et proche des transports. Serviettes et draps fournis. Accès au solarium. Pas cher. Inconvénients : Installations électriques pas aux normes du tout (fils à nu parfois). On a eu droit à une fuite de chasse d'eau. L'appartement n'était pas très propre. Conclusion : quand on sait à quoi s'attendre avec un prix aussi compétitif, c'est un bon logement.

Günstige Lage direkt im gotischen Viertel mit netten Lokalen und Geschäften in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist geräumig. Für Pärchen ev. weniger geeignet, da die Zimmer keine Türen hatten. Ansonsten für Mädelswochenende wie wir es hatten super!
